Our Legacy

Serving Union County Since 1939

Tony Eufinger and the Eufinger Law Offices team are carrying on a family tradition of serving Union County for nearly a century. We operate under a simple purpose: to provide quality legal and real estate services at a reasonable cost. Your family is our priority.

Our Philosophy & History

Your family is our priority. Our family friendly philosophy is not just a slogan, it’s our practice. Tony Eufinger is the third generation of his family to practice law in Marysville and Union County, following his parents John Eufinger and Charlotte Coleman Eufinger, his uncle Steve Coleman, and his late Grandfather William L. Coleman.

A graduate of Marysville High School, Tony Eufinger helps hundreds of families throughout Union County outside the firm as a past board member of Impact60 and the United Way of Union County.

William L. Coleman was a former Union County Prosecutor, Ohio Democratic Party Chairman, and 1966 candidate for Ohio Lieutenant Governor. Mr. Coleman served many decades on the Union County Board of Elections, the Board of Directors for Memorial Hospital, and on the Union County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Mr. Coleman passed away in 1981.

Charlotte Coleman Eufinger and John Eufinger practiced law in Marysville for more than 30 years.  Judge Eufinger was elected Union County Probate and Juvenile Judge in 2002, taking office in 2003 and retiring in 2021.

John Eufinger left the private practice in January 2010 to serve as chief legal counsel for the Ohio School Facilities Commission. In February 2011, he was appointed Delaware County Juvenile Court Magistrate by Judge Kenneth Spicer.

Judge Eufinger and Magistrate Eufinger both presided over drug courts specifically designed to help rehabilitate young people and their families who suffer from substance abuse.

Steve Coleman practiced in Probate, Estate Planning and Real Estate law for many years prior to moving out of state with his wife Dr. Mary Coleman and their family in the late 1990s. Steve previously served as Chairman of the Union County Board of Elections and the Union County Democratic Party. The Coleman’s presently reside in Florida.
